How does per-user pricing work?
You pay the plan rate multiplied by the number of active users in your firm. Add or remove users at any time — billing is prorated for mid-cycle changes.
What is the Founding Customer plan?
The first 5–10 firms to sign up receive a special rate of K 1,500 per firm per month (up to 10 users) with a lifetime price lock. Contact us to check availability.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — all plans include a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card required to start.
What counts as a "user"?
Any person with a login — partners, associates, paralegals, finance staff, and admin. Only active accounts are counted.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Paying annually saves approximately 13% compared to monthly (10 months billed, 12 months access). Annual prices are shown on each plan card.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
Is my data secure and isolated from other firms?
Every firm gets its own isolated database workspace. Data from one firm is never accessible by another. All credentials are BCrypt-hashed, APIs are JWT-secured, and every action is audit-logged.
What is the Legal Research module?
All plans include access to our Legal Research hub — browse Zambian legislation, search case law, and read curated legal news. Starter plans get legal news, while Professional and Enterprise plans get full access to legislation and case law search. Enterprise plans additionally include Smart Summaries, which distill lengthy documents into concise briefs.
